Kenneth Doane

Kenneth Doane

Kenneth G. Doane Jr. is an experienced personal injury attorney serving clients throughout Southern Indiana and the Louisville metropolitan area. For more than 25 years, Ken has represented individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. He handles every aspect of a case, from initial investigation and settlement negotiations through jury trial and appeal when necessary.

Ken has tried more than 30 cases to jury and brings a unique perspective to personal injury litigation. During the first half of his legal career, he represented insurance companies and their policyholders in Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. This experience provided him with valuable insight into how insurance companies investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and defend injury claims. Today, he uses that knowledge to advocate for injured clients and pursue the compensation they deserve.

Before attending law school, Ken proudly served in the United States Air Force. His commitment to service continues through his representation of accident victims throughout Southern Indiana and Kentucky.

Ken's practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases, including:

• Car accidents
• Motorcycle accidents
• Truck and commercial vehicle accidents
• Slip and fall accidents
• Premises liability claims
